HKU SPACE Financial Planning Alumni Society Membership Form

  • Please fill in the form and submit by email at  fp.alumni@hkuspace.hku.hk

  • OR by mail to the “HKU SPACE Office of Institutional Advancement – Alumni Affairs, Room 602A, 6/F., United Centre, Admiralty, Hong Kong”, specifying “Financial Planning Alumni Society”.

Payment method

  • Please pay a $200 membership fee through FPS (轉數快）ID no. 9505405.

  • Please make sure your account name matches your name in the membership form.

  • Alternatively, you can transfer to our HSBC a/c 652-819657-838 and send a receipt to our email.

  • The e-membership card will be sent to you later after confirmation.
